From the Post Commander
Greetings Owatonna American Legion Family,
Dakkota Moreno is scheduled for a first appearance in Steele County Court on Dec 7th at 1:30 PM.
Vice Commander Drew Joenks is running a Silent Military Art Auction from Nov 1st to Nov 30th to raise money to spruce up the Hack!
The preliminary total from the joint VFW/Legion Pheasants for Hospitalized Veterans Auction, held Oct. 3 at the VFW, is $18,506. Thank you to everyone who helped with or attended the auction. Next year’s auction will be held Oct. 2, 2027.

Meals at 6 PM before the Post meetings. Next post meetings are Tuesdays, November 3rd and December 1st at 6:45 PM, and meal at 6 PM.

Hack News
The Hack is in storage for the winter
Food at the Bar
Tenders, popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks and shrimp are $8, Cheesy
potato bites, onion rings and Taquitos $6, egg rolls $3, fries $2. We also
have Heggies and Firehouse pizzas available.
Euchre
Euchre will be Nov 21st, Dec 5th and Dec 19th. Contact Dave Nielsen for
any questions. Thanks Dave for lining it up!
Our Adjutant Dan Brewster wants to retire July 1st.
