News from the Auxiliary

Greetings Auxiliary Members!

Thank you to everyone that helped at the Pheasants for Veterans Auction this past October 4th! Whether through your donations and/or work with putting this successful event together it was another great success.

During October's meeting, we listened to a presentation from Steele County Deputy Chad Schlueter regarding starting up a Steele County Sheriff's Honor Guard. A veteran himself, he is working to secure donations to achieve this goal. Your Auxiliary voted to donate $500 towards his mission and we hope that he will succeed.

I will also be reaching out to Nancy Williams at the OHS Husky Pantry for a list of any items needed for our student community. I will send out that information once I receive it and I hope I can count on the Auxiliary membership to donate once again to the Husky Pantry.

Thank you all for all you do for our community and veterans!

Loyally,

Sarah Busho, President
