Help Save The Hack

Help Bring Post 77’s Hack Back to Life!

Many of you have seen Al Smith’s artwork displayed at Post 77. Al generously donated several original pieces, and some of you even purchased Red Friday shirts to help with the cost of framing.

We still have six original pieces waiting to be framed, and now Al is helping us turn his artwork into an opportunity to restore another Post 77 treasure — the Hack.

After sitting idle for nearly a decade, the Hack is finally up and running again, but it still needs significant body work. Al has graciously agreed to auction his six original artworks to help fund the restoration.

Silent bidding will be open at Post 77 October 1–31.

  • Starting bid: $200 per piece

  • Al’s favorite: $400 starting bid

  • All proceeds go toward the Hack restoration

These original works are worth far more than the starting bids! A special thank-you to all who made this possible!

Todd at Marv’s Picture Framing in Owatonna, who previously donated his time and a frame to help display Al’s artwork is also offering the lucky buyers 10% off framing, using UV-filtered glass to help protect the artwork for years to come.
